To engage føtex’s key target group, families with young children, Kunde & Co developed “føtex for de små” (føtex for the little ones), a customer loyalty programme that enrolled over 50,000 members in under a year. High engagement rates have made the programme a huge success.
To re-position føtex so that it would again be preferred the supermarket for the defined key target groups, Kunde & Co developed a new concept, communication platfrom and on-going marketing. The result is a clear profile that shifts the positioning in a changing market.

Thanks to a new online trading portal, the DIY chain Optimera has moved from being a regional to a national player, able to compete with the construction market’s major chains. The solution included updated CVI and TV spots, programme sponsorships, banner ads and online grocery coupons.
The international retail chain, INTERSPORT, has been active in sports since 1968. To secure their long-living passion, Kunde & Co developed the company's new position and the corporate concept: Sport To The People. The concept was the result of an extensive market analysis and interviews carried out across several key markets. From the analysis and core of the concept, INTERSPORT came to face its future as an expert adviser to all sports people, offering the best value and competence in its service and products.
A price war and bulk-buying shoppers presented challenges for Icelandic supermarket Samkaup. Together with Kunde & Co, the company developed a unified brand platform in 2016. The new brand, Kjörbúðin, connects the supermarket with local customers by drawing on its local roots and the role it plays in the communities. As an extension of the brand platform, Kunde & Co developed a new visual identity, brand booklet, marketing elements for the launch and also facilitated the new concept’s internal kick-off.
To position WUPTI as the preferred online supermarket, Kunde & Co was asked to develop a creative concept and TVC universe. The concept was based on a thorough understanding of WUPTI's value customers and their most important buying criteria.
